It's the heat wave here at Dhule, 40-degree Celsius plus temperature daily. So it's really a challenge to write a poem and blog it, every day. But it's also a solace.
The theme of today's poem - the day 16th poem of the April poetry celebration - is 'introspection'.
There are times when
You need to speak with your heart alone
In silence
There are times when
Honestly
And
There are times when
You need to answer them honestly,
Seriously for yourself
There are times when
You just need to stay quiet
To let go your inner storms of thoughts,
The thoughts that deny to staying silent anymore.
There are times when
You need to acknowledge them
And give them a direction to let them express themselves in deep silence.
For they have unseen answers and solutions.
They want to tell something unnoticed.
There are times when
You can't silence your mind
When you need to be with yourself for introspection.
